The direct-access surgeries (Day Service) are organized by referring medical doctors.

The Mariani Foundation Center for the Study of Pediatric Mitochondrial Diseases has in patient beds for both adults and children where you can perform diagnostic-instrumental insights neuroradiology and neurophysiology.
Muscle and skin biopsies can be performed for both hospitalized people and in outpatient services.
